We work through a variety of sources in order to provide our
clients with accurate valuations for a variety of purposes,
including:
- Estate Planning
- Insurance
- Charitable Donations
- Open Market
- Probate
Our goal is to make the appraisal process as simple as possible
for our clients. To begin, we will ask for specific information
regarding the purpose of the appraisal and about the property
that you wish to have appraised. An existing inventory of
your collection, any original sale receipts or other information
you may have about the property is helpful in keeping your
costs to a minimum.
With the above information we can establish a time frame
in which the appraisal can be completed, as well as an estimate
of the costs that will be incurred. Our appraisal fees are
based on an hourly rate. The fee will be refunded in part
should you choose to consign all or a portion of the appraised
property to Hall's Auction Services Ltd. within one year of
the appraisal date.
