| Jarvis was born in Grassland,
Alberta and actively painted in Calgary, Alberta after
studying at the University of Alberta, Edmonton.
She also travelled and painted across Canada.
Working in acrylic and oil, she was a representational
painter specializing in images of prairie farm life,
including idyllic seasonal landscapes and scenes with
farm hands, buildings and work horses. |
