The palate is powerful, with sweet syrup up front, bold flavors of herbs and spice, grain, dusty oak, and an earthy note of warehouse floor. More spice emerges with water, bringing semi-sweet chocolate, cooked raspberries, and leather. "The nose is a sugary sweet breakfast buffet there’s French toast, cinnamon bun, Honey Nut Cheerios, strawberry milkshake, and freshly baked cinnamon-raisin bread. A bowl of red berries also presides. The palate has a lovely texture and shows maple syrup, chai spice, and monkey bread sweetness.
