This Limited Edition Release of Caol Ila comes as part of the Gordon & MacPhail's 'Connoisseur's Choice' bottling. This whisky was distilled in 2009, being placed in a bourbon cask for 11 years, before being transfered to an ex-Sassicaia cask for 2 years before bottling in 2022.

Nose: Dried Fig, Cured Meats, Cinnamon Spice.
Palate: Red Currant, Black Pepper, Lemon Peel.
Finish: Pepper, Forest Fruit, Smoke.
