An antique time stamp marked "National Time Stamp, 310 Olive St, St Louis, MO" to the paper dial, made by the Ansonia Clock Co. The movement is marked A27, set in an engraved white metal casing and screw mounted to a white metal handle with cracked rubber stamp reading "Regina Light & Power".
