Martha Henry
Martha Henry operated a successful glass blowing studio in Calgary for over 30 years. She graduated from the Sheridan College School of Art and Design in Ontario, then moved to Calgary and became inspired by the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Her glasswork evolved as she experimented with sandblasted imagery, copper electroplating, and the application of gold and silver leaf. Henry has since transitioned from glass work to painting, but remains inspired by natural Alberta landscapes.
